Terms and Conditions

  • We may collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number when you make a booking, sign up for promotions, or join our loyalty program.
  • This information will only be used to provide you with updates about promotions, offers, and events related to our restaurant.
  • We will never sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications at any time.

  • We serve alcohol in compliance with local Italian laws regarding the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
  • By placing an order for alcohol, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in the jurisdiction where our restaurant operates.
  • We reserve the right to request valid identification to verify age.
  • Guests who appear intoxicated or underage will not be served alcohol.
  • Additionally, we promote responsible drinking and encourage our guests to arrange safe transportation after consuming alcohol.

  • We recommend making reservations to ensure your table is available.
  • To book a table, guests can call the restaurant or use our online booking system.
  • A confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email or SMS.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your booking.
  • While we do not charge a cancellation fee for parties smaller than 8, we kindly ask for timely notice of any changes.
  • Frequent no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in us being unable to accept future bookings from the same party.

  • For group bookings or special events, we may require a deposit to secure your reservation.
  • The deposit amount will be £10 Per person and must be paid upon confirmation of the booking.
  • Deposits are refundable if the booking is canceled or modified at least 3 hours before the event.
  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 1 hours of the booking.

  • For group bookings or events, we may require a pre-order to ensure the timely preparation of meals.
  • Pre-orders must be submitted at least 72 hours before the event.
  • Any changes to the pre-order must be communicated to us before this deadline.
  • Failure to submit pre-orders on time may result in delays or limited menu options on the day of the event.

  • We encourage responsible drinking at our restaurant.
  • Any guest who appears intoxicated may be refused service in line with local alcohol laws.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse service of alcohol at our discretion.
  • For the safety of all our guests, we ask that patrons arrange safe transportation after consuming alcohol and behave in a manner that ensures the comfort of others.
  • Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

  • This promotion is valid every Saturday during lunchtime (12 PM – 4 PM).
  • One child (aged 12 and under) can eat free from the kids’ menu when accompanied by an adult purchasing a main course from the main menu.
  • This offer is limited to one free kids’ meal per adult main course ordered.
  • The promotion is not valid on special events or holidays (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve, etc.).
  • The promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • Subject to stock availability. The manager reserves the right to refuse the promotion at any time.

  • Offer Period: Available from 28th March to 30th March only.
  • Free Glass of Prosecco for Mums: Mums receive a free glass of Prosecco when dining.
  • Free Bottle of Prosecco for Groups: Tables of 6 or more receive a free bottle of Prosecco (free glass not included).
  • Mother’s Day Specials: Specials will be announced closer to the date and will be available 28th March to 30th March only.
  • Promotion Restrictions: Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
  • Management Rights: Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend the offer at any time.
  • Responsible Drinking: Ristorante L’Olivo promotes responsible drinking..

  • The 25% discount applies only to adult pasta dishes from the main menu.
  • The promotion does not apply to kid’s pasta dishes, special menu items, or any add-ons.
  • The promotion is not available on special events or holidays.
  • The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
  • No substitutions or changes to the promotion.
  • Subject to stock availability. The manager reserves the right to refuse the promotion at any time.

  • The 25% off vouchers apply to the total bill, excluding alcoholic beverages, on a single visit.
  • Vouchers are valid for one-time use and must be presented upon payment.
  • The promotion is not available on special events or holidays.
  • The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  • Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Offer: Kids eat for just £2! The £2 will be donated to Autism Bedfordshire. This offer is available during school half-term, from October 29th, 2024, through November 3rd, 2024.

    Availability: This offer is only valid during lunchtime:

    Eligibility: This offer is valid for one child’s meal (from the children’s menu) for a value of £2 with each adult meal purchased (from our main menu).

    Limitations: The £2 meal donation cannot be applied to adult meals, special/lunch menu items, or add-ons.

    Expiration: This offer is valid all week during the school half-term, from October 29th to November 3rd.

    Non-transferable: The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.

    While Stocks Last: This offer is subject to availability and will be provided while stocks last.

    Proceeds: Only the £2 from each kids’ meal will be donated to Autism Bedfordshire, and the donation will be made before the end of November. Proof of the donation will be posted on our social media.

    Management Rights: The management reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
